CST 220 Seismic and Load Estimating
This course covers the principles of basic load estimating as applied to the structure of a building. Topics include forces applied to a structure due to seismic activity, wind zones and live and dead loads according to current NC Building Code, manufacturer's span charts, or load design software. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the forces applied to structures and building materials.
